As Efe Coşkun Ahşap İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (SHKAAF), We attach great importance to the processing and storage of all kinds of personal data belonging to all persons associated with SHKAAF in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (Law) No. 6698. Within the scope of this responsibility, we process your personal and private data (personal data) as defined in the Law as "Data Controller", within the limits stipulated by the legal legislation as stated below.

This disclosure text has been prepared to fulfill the disclosure obligation of SHKAAF to personal data owners within the scope of the relevant Law, and it is aimed to inform about the protection of personal data.

1. Data Controller


Your personal data in accordance with the Law No. 6698; It is processed by SHKAAF as data controller.

2. Method and Legal Reasons for Personal Data CollectIon


Your personal data is collected by SHKAAF through different channels in order to carry out our activities, in accordance with the Law and other legal regulations and SHKAAF policies, based on legal reasons.

Although it may vary depending on the relationship between you and SHKAAF; In order to carry out our activities with you by automatic or non-automatic methods, your personal data is from you; Job Application Form, Employment Agreement, Information Security and Ethics Notification Protocol, Supplier Agreement, Confidentiality Agreement, Occupational Safety Agreement, Purchase Agreement, Dealership Agreement, Dealer Interview Form, documents submitted to SHKAAF at the job application stage, online Job application form and internship application form, correspondence carried out via electronic e-mail addresses, cargo shipments, through all kinds of communication channels including information forms, document channel in our documentation system, electronic e-forms, T.R. identity card/T.C. Visitor information form prepared by you with an ID card, execution of sales transactions, order entry (b2b systems), shipping operations, sales support operations (waybill, invoice issuance, acceptance of return invoice), accounting transactions, product complaints/returns, technical service, Evaluation of requests and complaints coming from the call center, notice and complaint line channels, purchasing transactions, cargo shipments, technical service and call center channels, training, seminars, fairs and verbal information are collected.

3. Purpose of ProcessIng Personal Data


Your collected personal data can be processed by SHKAAF for the following purposes, within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law:

  • Fulfilling the activities carried out by SHKAAF in accordance with the legislation and SHKAAF policies,
  • Planning and execution of human resources activities,
  • Carrying out the necessary studies by the business units and carrying out the activities in this direction,
  • Determining, planning and implementing commercial policies in the short, medium and long term,
  • Ensuring the commercial and legal safety of real persons with whom business relations are made;
  • Protecting SHKAAF's business reputation and trust.

Detailed information on the purposes of processing your personal data by SHKAAF; It is included in the “Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy” (Policy). This Policy has been published on the SHKAAF intranet site, bulletin boards, B2B system and official website, and has also been announced on bulletin boards at SHKAAF facilities.

4. To Whom The Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred And For What Purpose


Your collected personal data is stated in this clarification text “3. Authorized public institutions (Turkish Employment Agency/Is-Kur, Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Treasury and Finance etc.) and/or authorized private persons, in a limited manner within the framework of the Policy, with the terms of transferring personal data specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

5. RIghts of Personal Data Owner


From personal data owners SHKAAF;

  1. Learning whether personal data is processed or not,

  3. If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
  4. Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
  5. Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  6. Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the law and other relevant laws, in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear; requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data,
  7. Requesting notification of the transactions made in Articles "5" and "6" to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  8. Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  9. It has the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing.

You can send your request to info@shkaaf.com.tr to exercise your rights specified in Article 11 of the Law. Your request will be concluded as soon as possible (within a maximum of thirty days in any case) depending on its nature. In case the transaction creates an additional cost for SHKAAF, the fee specified in the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller" is charged. In case the request is rejected, the reasons for the rejection are notified to the data owner in writing or electronically.

6. MachInIng Process


Your personal data will be recorded, processed, stored and transferred within the legal retention periods determined within the framework of legal regulations. In the event that the legal retention period expires, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the Law and sub-legal regulations.
